March 2021

In March 2021 , I spent a whole day on a handling and sorting mission at the Food Bank , an intense experience that left its mark on me in many ways.
Alongside a team of volunteers, I helped unload, sort, and prepare entire pallets of food . It involved carrying heavy loads, organizing the products, and then putting together food parcels for the most deprived.
Beyond the physical effort, this day taught me above all:
Rigor in performing repetitive work
The importance of collective efficiency in a logistics environment
And a form of personal discipline , essential to keep up the pace and remain useful to the team
It was a concrete immersion into the world of solidarity logistics , but also a powerful moment of social awareness . A true lesson in humility, solidarity, and commitment.
